Return policy

Product returns are divided into 4 distinct categories, according to the criteria below.

Right of withdrawal

You can return the products and receive a full refund within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order. You only bear the shipping costs related to sending the package to us. Returned products must be in perfect condition as received, with any packaging intact.

Return & Resize

In case the product you received is not the desired size, you can make the first change for free. You do not incur shipping costs, and it is enough to send us the product to change after communication, so that we can send you the ideal size for you if it is available.

Return of defective product

Although products are thoroughly checked for defects before they are shipped, we may have missed something and reached your hands! But don't worry, the return of the products is free in this case too, and all you need is to contact us to find the ideal product to replace the one you already received!

Other cases of changes & returns

In any other case not covered by the above scenarios, you can proceed to change the product you received as the case may be. Call us or send us an e-mail, so that we can find together the ideal solution that will complete your unique outfit! In this case, however, you bear the costs of returning the product, as well as of resending the new product you choose.
